The magic touch is added by chef Yves Mattagne, who has imagined dressing these squares with a steaming Cheese Fondue/Crispy Smoked Bacon/Onions; or a bewitching Truffle Cream/Chives/Crispy Smoked Bacon; not to mention the classic sugar, salted butter caramel, and chocolate.
